UPC Polska extends deadlines on voting and objections, and extends confirmation hearing

Chicago, Dec. 3 - UPC Polska Inc. has obtained court approval for an extension of the voting deadline on the company's reorganization plan to Dec. 11.

The Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York also extended the plan confirmation objection deadline to Jan. 9, 2004 from Dec. 5 and extended the deadline for replies to objections to Jan. 16, 2004.

The court adjourned the confirmation hearing to Jan. 21 and Jan. 22, 2004 from Dec. 18, UPC Polska said in a news release.
