UPC Polska obtains extension on confirmation hearing, objection deadline, voting deadline

Chicago, Nov. 25 - UPC Polska Inc. obtained court approval for an extension of its confirmation hearing to Dec. 18 from Dec. 3.

The Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York also extended the confirmation objection deadline to Dec. 5 from Nov. 25 and extended the deadline for replies to the confirmation to Dec. 12.

UPC also obtained an extension on the voting deadline for its reorganization plan to Dec. 1.
