UPC Broadband to pay down term loan borrowings with notes proceeds

New York, Jan. 31 - UPC Broadband will repay its term loan M, N and O debt with proceeds from a $750 million notes offering, according to a market source.

With the refinancing, the company will have no debt maturities before 2015, the source said.

UPC is a subsidiary of Englewood, Colo.-based Liberty Global, which provides video, voice and broadband internet services.
