UPC amends to change EBITDA definition, remove net income definition

New York, June 10 - UPC Broadband Holding BV amended its credit facility to include a new definition of EBITDA and delete the definition of net income, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

The amendment letter is dated as of June 9.

Toronto Dominion is the agent on the deal.

UPC is a subsidiary of Englewood, Colo.-based Liberty Global, which provides video, voice and broadband internet services.
