Moody's downgrades Univita, loans

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded Univita Health Inc.'s corporate family rating to Caa1 from B3 and probability of default rating to Caa1-PD from B3-PD.

Concurrently, the agency downgraded the rating on Univita's senior secured credit facilities to B3 from B2.

The outlook is stable.

The downgrade reflects Moody's expectation that Univita's credit metrics will remain weak due to lower than anticipated operating performance.
