Moody's rates Univision notes B2
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 rating (LGD3, 42%) to Univision Communications Inc.'s proposed $500 million senior secured notes due 2014.
Univision's B3 corporate family and probability-of-default ratings and SGL-3 speculative grade liquidity rating are unaffected.
The outlook is negative.
Proceeds will be used to fund the repurchase of its 7.85% $500 million senior secured notes due 7/15/2011.
