New Issue: University of Southern Indiana prices $50.19 million bonds with 2.5%-5.75% coupons

New York, Jan. 30 - The University of Southern Indiana priced $50.185 million in series J student fee bonds on Wednesday, according to an official statement released Friday.

The bonds (A2/A/) are due 2009 to 2023 with a term bond due 2028. The serials have coupons from 2.5% to 5%. The 2028 bond has a 5.75% coupon, priced at 98.833.

PNC Capital Markets Inc. was the lead manager for the negotiated deal.

Proceeds will be used to construct new projects on campus.
