Moody's rates University of Missouri bonds MIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a MIG1 rating to the University of Missouri System's $100 million of series FY 2008-2009A capital projects notes.

Sale of the bonds is expected on June 19. Principal and interest on the notes will be due on June 30, 2009.

Moody's also affirmed Aa2 and Aa2/VMIG1 ratings on the outstanding system facilities revenue bonds. The system's long-term outlook is stable.

Proceeds of the current issue are to be used for campus improvements.
