University of Colorado calls $138.91 million of 2005B Fitzsimons COPs

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 8 – The University of Colorado plans to redeem all $138,905,000 of its series 2005B certificates of participation issued for the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center Fitzsimons academic projects, according to two notices.

The COPs are due Nov. 1, 2016 to 2026 and 2030 and have 4.5% to 5.25% coupons. They will be redeemed at par on Nov. 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
