New Issue: University of Colorado prices $121.85 million refunding revenue bonds

New York, Feb. 9 - The University of Colorado sold $121.85 million of series 2012 university enterprise refunding revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (//AA+) were sold through Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2029 with 1.5% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.
