Moody's rates University Community Hospital bonds Aaa/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aaa/VMIG1 to the $50 million series 2008B industrial development revenue bonds issued by the Hillsborough County Health Facilities Project, Fla., for University Community Hospital.

The sale date was July 15.

The rating is based on a letter of credit provided by Wachovia Bank NA, rated Aa1 for its long-term bank deposits and Prime-1 for its short-term bank deposits. Moody's maintains a rating of Baa3 on the hospital.
