S&P affirms United Business Media

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its BBB- long-term and A-3 short-term corporate credit ratings on United Business Media Ltd.

The outlook remains positive.

The ratings reflect that the company will continue to maintain its margins, cash flow generation and credit measures, S&P said, despite a slow, uncertain and potentially fragile economic recovery in 2010.

The ratings also take into account the group's moderate leverage and robust cash flow generation, the agency said.
