Prospect News reports seven new defaults for week of May 21-May 27

Pittsburgh, May 29 – Prospect News reported seven new defaults for the week of May 21 through May 27.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Hytera America, Inc., PQ New York, Inc., Tuesday Morning Corp., Advantage Holdco, Inc., Latam Airlines Group SA, Hertz Global Holdings Inc. and Unit Corp.

In addition, Prospect News reported missed interest and principal payments on Reliance Capital Ltd.’s nonconvertible debentures. However, Reliance had previously defaulted in connection with numerous other missed payments.

So far in 2020, Prospect News has reported 128 defaults, including 89 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 19 missed interest payments, six missed payments, four CCAA filings, three missed principal payments, two administrations and one each of missed principal and interest payments, Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, Danish Section 11b filings, defaults and Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings.
