Steel Partners drops stake in Unisys to below 5% with sale of shares

Tacoma, Wash., July 17 - Unisys Corp. investor Steel Partners II, LP sold 3,380,899 shares of the company's stock for $1.50 to $1.78 apiece, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The sales were made between June 29 and July 7.

Steel Partners II and its affiliates beneficially own 10,206,361 shares, or 2.8%, of the Blue Bell, Pa.-based information technology company.

On June 29, the investors reported beneficial ownership of a 7.2% stake in the company.
