Unisys investor may seek to discuss company's future with board, stockholders

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 7 - Unisys Corp. investors led by MMI Investments, LP may "engage in a proactive dialogue" from time to time with the company's board, management, other shareholders and interested parties regarding the "undervaluation and strategic configuration" of Unisys.

The reporting persons may also discuss strategic alternatives available to the company, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

MMI and the reporting persons own 34,787,000 shares, or 9.9%, of the Blue Bell, Pa., technology services company. The investors reported a 9.7% stake in Unisys on Aug. 13, according to a prior SEC filing.
