Uni-Pixel reports plans to price public offering of its common stock

Offering will finance working capital and general corporate purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 17 - Uni-Pixel, Inc. will price a public offering of its common stock with a 30-day greenshoe option, according to a prospectus supplement filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Cowen and Co. and Craig-Hallum Capital Group are the joint bookrunning managers.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Based in the Woodlands, Texas, UniPixel designs and manufactures large-area microstructured polymer film materials and related technologies.
