Unilife plan of liquidation unanimously accepted by voting creditors

Pittsburgh, Dec. 7 – Unilife Corp.’s Chapter 11 plan of liquidation was unanimously accepted by voting creditors, according to a ballot report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, all 11 voting holders of $5.92 million in general unsecured claims voted to accept the plan.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for Dec. 13.

Medical device manufacturer Unilife is based in York, Pa. The company filed for bankruptcy on April 12, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-10805.
