Unilife operating report shows $461.7 million of debt as of May 31

Pittsburgh, June 26 – Unilife Corp. listed $58.63 million of total assets and $461.7 million of total debt as of May 31, according to an operating report filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In comparison, Unilife had $59.88 million of total assets and $459.76 million of total debt as of April 30.

The May assets included $2.88 million of unrestricted cash and equivalents, up from $2.52 million in April.

According to the report, Unilife had no cash sales in May.

Medical device manufacturer Unilife is based in York, Pa. The company filed for bankruptcy on April 12 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware under Chapter 11 case number 17-10805.
