Unilife U.S. Trustee appoints two-member unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, June 2 – Unilife Corp.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Dennis Tully of MTD Micro Molding, Inc. of Charlton, Mass.; and Julie Logothetis of Kahle Automation of Morristown, N.J.

Medical device manufacturer Unilife is based in York, Pa. The company filed for bankruptcy on April 12 under Chapter 11 case number 17-10805.
