Moody's: Unibail-Rodamco outlook positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook to positive from stable for the A3 issuer rating of Unibail-Rodamco SE and the A3 senior unsecured debt rating.

The outlook change reflects Unibail-Rodamco's robust performance throughout the credit crunch and subsequent economic downturn across Europe, according to the agency.

The A3 ratings are supported by the size and quality of Unibail-Rodamco's property portfolio, active in-house portfolio management and solid, recurring rental income stream, the agency said.

The ratings also factor in the risks with regard to the company's dynamic development activity, Moody's noted.
