Ultimate Escapes confirmation hearing cancelled; objections resolved

Pittsburgh, Dec. 7 - Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC's Dec. 8 plan of liquidation confirmation hearing has been cancelled at the direction of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

According to the agenda filed Dec. 7, all objections to the plan have been resolved.

The company asked the court to enter an order at its convenience.

Ultimate Escapes, a Kissimmee, Fla.-based destination club operator, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 20, 2010. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-12915.
