Ultimate Escapes seven-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Sept. 30 - Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by Region 3 U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Michael Levchuck of Trump International Hotel & Tower of New York; Strauss Zelnick of New York; Clive Buckley of Coto de Caza, Calif.; Thomas Griffiths of World Hotels, based in Orlando, Fla.; Creg McDonald of Champaign, Ill.; Marcus W. Acheson of Barrington, Ill.; and George Rose of Beverly Hills, Calif.

Ultimate Escapes, a Kissimmee, Fla.-based destination club operator, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 20. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-12915.
