Klipsch buys $1.39 million claim against Ultimate Electronics

Pittsburgh, Aug. 4 - Klipsch LLC bought JMB Capital Partners LP's $1.39 million claim against Ultimate Electronics Inc., according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Ultimate Electronics, a Thornton, Colo.-based consumer electronics retailer, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 11, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-10104.
