Fitch slashes Ukrainian Railways

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded Ukrainian Railways’ long-term issuer default ratings to CCC from B.

The downgrade follows the lowering Ukraine’s sovereign rating on Friday.

“This has a direct impact on UR's rating as Fitch considers it a government-related entity (GRE) of Ukraine based on Fitch's GRE rating criteria,” the agency said in a press release.
