Lithuania's Ukio Bankas in bankruptcy proceedings ordered by court

Pittsburgh, May 6 - Ukio Bankas AB is in bankruptcy proceedings ordered by Kaunas Regional Court, according to a news release.

The court's decision can be appealed within 10 days of May 2 to the Court of Appeal of Lithuania, according to the release.

UAB Valnetas has been nominated as administrator.

The bank is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
