New Issue: UBS prices $1.72 million digital notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Los Angeles, Feb. 11 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.72 million of 0% digital notes due Sept. 15, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the buffer level, 87.5% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,085 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
If the final index level is less than the buffer level, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.
UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.
