Olympia, Wash., Dec. 24 – UBS AG, London Branch sold $75 million series B exchange-traded access securities (ETracs) due Oct. 31, 2039 linked to the Bloomberg Commodity Index Total Return, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The issuer originally sold $25 million of the ETracs on Oct. 24.
The face amount of the notes is $25.
On the initial pricing date, the company sold the notes to the underwriter at $14.8371, which was the closing indicative value of the series A DJCI ETracs on Oct. 24.
The payout at maturity will be par of $25 plus the index return, which could be positive or negative, minus a fee.
The fee amount was $1.0823 on the pricing date. It increases each day by an amount equal to 0.5% per year multiplied by par plus the index return on that day.
The notes are putable, subject to a minimum of 50,000 notes. The notes will be callable in whole on or after Nov. 4.
The notes are listed on NYSE Arca under the symbol “DJCB.”
