New Issue: UBS prices $15.45 million contingent income autocallables linked to three indexes

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Jan. 28 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $15.45 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Jan. 27, 2022 linked to the worst performing index of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the MSCI Emerging Markets index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 12% if each index closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier level on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus the contingent payment if each index closes at or above the initial level on any determination date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any index finishes below its 50% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.
