New Issue: UBS prices $9.22 million buffered PLUS linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Aug. 1 - UBS AG, London Branch priced $9.22 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 4, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus double any gain in the fund price, up to a maximum return of 20%.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is the dealer.
