New Issue: UBS sells $9.2 million digital index-linked notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, April 14 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $9.2 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Aug. 23, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 80% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,055.50 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
