New Issue: UBS sells $7.32 million digital notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, July 15 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $7.32 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Oct. 21, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 90% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be $1,086.80 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the 10% buffer.
