S&P ups Tyler, Texas, water and sewer underlying rating to AA
Standard & Poor's said it raised its underlying rating to AA from AA- on Tyler, Texas' approximately $54 million of water and sewer system revenue debt.
The outlook is stable.
At the same time, S&P assigned an AA standard long-term rating and stable outlook to the city's $6.67 million of series 2008 water and sewer system revenue bonds.
