Knoxville, Tenn., April 30 - Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd. said it issued $12 million in foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting April 30.
The 3% bonds will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and will be convertible into equity shares at Rs. 90 per share. They will have a yield to maturity of 5.49%, compounded annually.
Elara Capital plc London was the lead manager, global coordinator and bookrunner.
Hyderabad, India-based Tyche Peripheral Systems is a manufacturer of automated and energy saving products for banks, offices and homes.
