Tyche Peripheral members OK up to $25 million convertibles offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 4 - Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd. said a majority of its members have approved an issuance of up to $25 million of convertibles in a postal ballot.

As previously reported, the company's board of directors approved the bonds at a meeting on Oct. 19.

The securities may be equity shares, Global Depositary Receipts or convertibles.

Hyderabad, India-based Tyche Peripheral Systems is a manufacturer of automated and energy saving products for banks, offices and homes.
