Kentucky Turnpike organizes $186.85 million road revenue bond offering

New York, Sept. 4 - The Turnpike Authority of Kentucky is set to price $186.85 million of series 2013A economic development road revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa2/AA+/A+) will be sold through Goldman, Sachs & Co. The co-managers are Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons LLC, Raymond James/Morgan Keegan, PNC Capital Markets LLC, First Kentucky Securities Corp., Edward D. Jones & Co. LP, Fifth Third Securities Inc., Sterne, Agee & Leach Inc.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2033.

Proceeds will be used to finance road revitalization projects within the state.
