Turkcell Iletisim lowers pricing on its €750 million loan agreement

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 21 – Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri AS revised pricing on its €750 million loan agreement with China Development Bank, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest was changed to Libor plus 217 basis points or Euribor plus 215 bps, from Libor plus 222 bps or Euribor plus 220.

The updated rates are effective as of April 10.

There were no changes to the maturity or the repayment terms of the loan.

The mobile phone operator is based in Istanbul.
