Moody's gives MIG1 to notes for Tulare County, Calif.
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a MIG1 rating to the California Communities Tax and Revenue Anticipation Note Program participation, 2008 series B, secured by Tulare County, Calif.'s tax and revenue anticipation note (TRAN).
Sale of the $55 million note offering is expected on June 9.
The TRAN is being issued to fund the county's mid-year cash flow needs.
