TTM files $200 million shelf

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 15 - TTM Technologies Inc. filed a $200 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, depositary shares, warrants and units. Securities may be convertible.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

TTM is a Santa Ana, Calif., supplier of time-critical and technologically advanced printed circuit boards to original equipment manufacturers and electronics manufacturing services companies.
