India's T Spiritual World to consider issuing convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 14 - T Spiritual World Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will discuss plans to issue foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on Jan. 18.

The company also is considering issuing Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

New Delhi-based T Spiritual World provides New Age wellness products and services, along with software solutions, internet technology consulting, software implementation and training services.
