Tsasc calls all $370.79 million series 2002-1 tobacco settlement bonds

Kansas City, Kan. June 15 - Tsasc, Inc. will redeem all of its $370.79 million series 2002-1 tobacco settlement asset-backed bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed July 15 at par.

The following bonds are affected:

• $7.47 million 5.5% bonds due July 15, 2013;

• $12,135,000 5% bonds due July 15, 2014;

• $107,325,000 5.5% bonds due July 15, 2024; and

• $243.86 million 5.75% bonds due July 15, 2032.

Bank of New York Mellon is the agent.

The issuer was created to issue and sell bonds to fund New York City's capital program.
