NYC Trust calls $78.58 million American Museum of Natural History notes

Norfolk, Va., May 11 – The Trust for Cultural Resources of the City of New York said it will redeem $78.58 million of its series 2008A-1 and 2008A-2 revenue bonds issued for the American Museum of Natural History, according to a notice.

The trust called $39.29 million of 2008A-1 bonds and $39.29 million of 2008A-2 bonds, both of which are due April 1, 2017.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
