NYC Trust for Cultural Resources calls Natural History Museum bonds

Norfolk, Va., June 10 – The Trust for Cultural Resources of the City of New York called $154,075,000 of its series 2004A, 2008B1 and 2008B2 revenue refunding bonds issued for the American Museum of Natural History, according to multiple notices.

The following 2004A bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 7:

• $30.11 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2036; and

• $49.25 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2044.

The following 2008B bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 16:

• $49.49 million of 2008B1 bonds due April 1, 2044; and

• $25,225,000 of 2008B2 bonds due April 1, 2044.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
