Trump reorganization plan voting deadline extended by court to March 5

Pittsburgh, Feb. 24 – Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc. can extend the deadline for voting on its plan of reorganization to no later than 4 p.m. ET on March 5, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The voting deadline must be extended in writing. The balloting agent must file its vote tabulation report by 11 a.m. ET on the day the plan confirmation hearing agenda is due, the order said.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for March 12.

Trump Entertainment Resorts, an Atlantic City-based owner and operator of casino resort properties, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 9. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-12103.
