Trump Entertainment assigned official committee of unsecured creditors

New York, Sept. 23 – Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc.’s U.S. trustee, Roberta A. DeAngelis, appointed a seven-member committee of unsecured creditors to the company, according to a Tuesday notice with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Members of the committee are Patrick Towbin of Thermal Energy LP I of Atlantic City, N.J.; A.C. Ansani of Bally Gaming Inc. of Las Vegas; Donna DeCaprio of Unite Here Local 54 of Atlantic City; Richard N. Rust of National Retirement Fund of Lincoln, R.I.; Eric Goldberg of Atlantic City Linen Supply, LLC of Atlantic City; Martin Spector of South New Jersey Paper Products of Vineland, N.J.; and Heather A. Steinmiller of Conner Strong & Buckelew Cos., Inc. of Philadelphia.

Trump Entertainment Resorts, an Atlantic City-based owner and operator of casino resort properties, filed for bankruptcy Sept. 9. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-12103.
