U.S. Trustee appoints equity security holders committee for Trump

Washington, Jan. 3 - The Office of the U.S. Trustee appointed an official equity holders conference for Trump Casino & Hotel Resorts Inc., according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

The members of the committee are: Robert Falcone, Harbert Distressed Investment Master Fund, Ltd.; Michael Stortini of Robino Stortini Holdings LLC; Emmanuel Ciminello III, Martin Hennessy; Sebastian Pignatello; Michael Yacyk; and Phillip Sternberg.

Trump Casino & Hotel Resorts filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 21. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-46917.
