Truett-Hurst announces plans to price offering of class A common stock

WR Hambrecht and Co., CS Advisors and Sidoti are assisting with sale

Knoxville, Tenn., March 19 - Truett-Hurst, Inc. said it plans to price an offering of class A common stock. The sale will be conducted through an OpenIPO Auction.

The company will sell 2.9 million shares at a price that is expected to be between $11.00 and $15.00 per share.

WR Hambrecht and Co., CS Advisors and Sidoti are the underwriters.

Truett-Hurst, located in Healsburg, Calif., produces and markets wine.
