True Temper Sports extends credit facility forbearance to Aug. 17

New York, July 20 - True Temper Sports Inc. extended its loan forbearance agreement through Aug. 17, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The extension was obtained on July 16.

True Temper is a Memphis-based manufacturer of golf shafts and performance sports products.
