Truckee Meadows Water, Nev., eyes $126.4 million water refunding bonds

New York, March 17 – The Truckee Meadows Water Authority of Nevada is set to price $126.4 million of series 2016 water revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa2/AA/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and RBC Capital Markets LLC as the underwriters.

The bonds are due from 2031 to 2037.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2006 water revenue bonds.
