T. Rowe Price High Yield funds close to new investors April 30

San Diego, March 30 - The T. Rowe Price High Yield Fund, the T. Rowe Price High Yield Fund - Advisor Class and the T. Rowe Price Institutional High Yield Fund will be closed to new investors on April 30, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund will not accept new accounts after 4 p.m. ET on April 27.

Baltimore-based T. Rowe Price is the fund's investment adviser.
