Moody's: Tronox unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that Tronox Ltd.'s plan to upsize its senior unsecured notes due 2020 to $900 million from $650 million does not change any of the firm's ratings or its stable outlook.

The loss given default assessments for Tronox's debt have been updated to reflect the larger unsecured note issuance, the agency said.
